His focus as a chef is on Indian and Chinese cuisine. His adverturous spirit and his commitment to serve the best 'to the best' brought him to this multicultural land. Bhav started his journey as a Chef 18 years ago after he completed his Hotel Management from IIBM (Patna). Before starting his own Restaurant in 2014, Bhav comes with an extensive experience as Commis de Cuisine at ITC Welcomegroup Hotels, Palaces & Resorts Baroda, Gujarat. He has also worked as Former Chef de Partie at The Oberoi Group, Mumbai. Bhav was also a Former Sous Chef at Fortune Hotels, Indore. After moving to Canada, Bhav worked at Punjab Banquet Hall, Surrey.
